Hiding Action Bars Unless out of Combat OR button pressed

Just recently coming back to WoW. I'm a big minimalist when it comes to the interface. I prefer to make all my buttons invisible unless I'm in combat. I used to have that set up with DAB, but with DAB not "really" supported anymore I've shied away from using it.

Most of the bars I've tried allow you to hide buttons when out of combat, but sometimes I *do* need to see them out of combat, and I want to display them with a button press. I've tried Bongos, Bartender, and Infinibars, but none of them have what I want.

Can any action bars out there do this? If so, can someone help me? Thanks.

What you said in the title doesn't match what you said in your post.

Do you want to be able to show them always while in combat or when out of combat and pushing a button? If so, that's possible. If you want to show them always while out of combat or in combat and pushing, then that is much more difficult. You can adjust states while out of combat; you can't adjust states in combat.

If that's the case then it's decently easy. Dynamically showing and hiding the action bar while out of combat isn't really an issue at all, it just takes a little bit of work.

Yeah, sorry. My title was wrong. I want the bars to be hidden unless

(A) I am in combat.

or

(B) I hold down a button (like Alt).

trinitybars will do all of what you want

Can you describe how? Because I can get trinitybars to disappear when out of combat easily enough, but I can't make it reappear with a button press.

Yeah, that was my thread. Heh. Infinibar doesn't work, so I decided instead of asking how to do it for Trinity, I'd ask if there was anything out there that could do it at all, period. Thus, I started this thread.
