Who Broke CC?

I'm looking for an addon that will do nothing but announce who broke CC, but I'd prefer it to print a message to myself rather than call someone out publicly.

I've taken a look at a bunch of mods and they're either full of features I don't need or announce to party/raid/yell and never to self. Any recommendations would be great.
