Help With Buff/Itembuff/Debuff Frames

I'm having a bit of trouble with the buff frames. Up until 2 days ago I used MoveAnything, everything worked fine but when I turned the mod off (before I switched to Visor2) to check and make sure everything was fine...it wasn't. The problem is the buff frame and the itembuff/debuff frames don't sync up. IE if I put on a wizard oil and then cast Fel Armor one will be on top of the other. Does anyone know how I might fix this problem and "merge" the two frames so they function in concert with one another? I've tried re-enabling MoveAnything and resetting those two frames(hell, I reset *everything* within Moveanything) This is really quite an annoying issue...

Also, does anyone know the frame name for Framerate so I can move it with Visor? Thanks!
