Defective Tooltips

Hey everyone.

I got a little problem. I have my UI scaled through the Video Options setting. And while everything works fine, I got one problem. All of my tool tips show up at the top of the screen, about 1/8 down. And when I say all I mean all. Tool Tips from Attacks, Items, Players, everything. I am using TinyTip and I have messed with it and still no luck. Anyone know how I can just get the tips to attach to my cursor? I tried the TinyTip option with now luck. I will also post a screen shot if needed.
