Looking for Flexbar Instructions

Is anyone aware of a primer or instruction sheet for Flexbar. I would like to get a compiled list of functions and features. Does such a document exist? I'd prefer to not spend days trying to piece-meal something together from the forums and /help only to discover that instructions already exist. Thanks in advance.

Here you go. It's the FlexBar Help page by the original author of the mod, so it should pretty well cover everything, I'd think.
