Is there a replacement for this command? Or is it just protected. When ever I try to use it, I get a nil error.

The Wiki has moved to a new host (but the old one won't go away, just get more stale over time)

That function was removed, sadly. Not sure if it was added to another API.

The C_ContentTracking.StartTracking link on the Wiki page 10.1.5 replacement. The box at the top has client version variations.
