font and addon info needed

First, I'm trying to figure out what font is used throughout this ui. Any ideas?

Secondly, I'm looking for the addon in the following screenshot which keeps track of high hits, crits, heals, etc. When you set a record, it let's you know by showing in white font near the top of the screen, like the screenshot provided. The shot happens to be in German, but it gets the idea across.
