GetSpellInfo & Windwalker Energy

You will always get a zero Energy cost for Energy based abilities. Not so for Chi. All Chi enquiries return a good value.

Granted, very few Windwalker Monk abilities require Energy. But rather than have to hard code a small table of abilities and energy costs into an AddOn, why can't Blizzard just support it like most other abilities with a cost?
