nUI and Vuhdo

before I installed nUI, I used Vuhdo... I LIKE Vuho. I have installed the Vuhdo plug-in but I can't click the Vuhdo buttons like I used to when I used Vuhdo before nUI. I figured that they were just not compatible and tried to find another UI but nothing is as good as nUI... So... I still have the problem of needing to click the Vuhdo buttons but still can't. Help?

I'm not sure whether it's the reason as I never really user vuhdo but perhaps one of the vuhdo users will be able to confirm.

I suspect that you also need to install clique to set up the mouse click combinations for spells. Clique used this way will also allow you to click on the nUI unit frames for the same effect.

I personally use grid with macros for mouseover/target healing which again will work with the nUI unit frames once they hold the information that I find useful in grid itself.

You do not have to use the info panel plugin to use Vuhdo... the only thing the plugin does is to move Vuhdo into the info panel. So if you really want to use Vuhdo, and the plugin is breaking it, then just remove the plugin.

To be honest, I've never used it, so I don't even know what it does or how it works, so I really cannot comment beyond that.

Strange. I was in a 5 man yesterday, and had no trouble with Vuhdo and the Vuhdo infopanel plugin at all. And I don't use Clique.

I use Vuhdo on my shaman, but not the info panel plug-in, and have no issues with Vuhdo's "clique" casting.
Possible its another add-on interfering with Vuhdo?

I use NUI as well as VUHdo and have no issues yet. Speil to answer your question Vuhdo is addon similar to healbot. You use it to cast different heals on yourself/party/raid etc. To the person with the original question I would suggest going back to Speil's original email or the documentation here that shows the correct method of installing NUI and make sure that you followed those methods exactly. Oh yeah, Clique is not needed to heal with VUHdo. It is self contained.
