Weakaura help needed

I've been trying and trying to create a Weak Aura for Resto druid spell LIfebloom. I have not had any success in doing so. If anyone could help that would be great. I would like the Weak aura to do a simple task. I would like it to have the following characteristics:
be an Icon.
be the Icon for the lifebloom spell.
to be visible while the spell IS NOT currently on any target in the raid.
to NOT be visible while it is active on a raid member.

The code in this thread does about the exact opposite of that:

Should be easy to reverse it and return the opposite thing.
