Addon for changing style/attributes for Personal Resource Bar?

Has anyone written or found any addons or anything that can make any stylistic adjustments to the new personal resource bar that was added in legion? I have been very interested in its manipulation when I came across some interesting topics about adding WeakAuras anchored to the bar.

I would love to perhaps change the color, size, texture, etc. of the bar.

It's pretty much just another nameplate, but the nameplate is not static so you gotta take this into account . The manabar (ClassNameplateManaBarFrame) is static though.

yeah i usually just look for if the mana bar exists and grab the parent frame based on that — i have stuff like my target debuff list and modified lossofcontrol frame parented to it
