nUI even comes with built in support for moving frames around if I remember correctly. But I either recommend nUI if you want a ui you dont need to dink around with much or building your own so you can get exactly what you want. Luckily for me nUI is exactly what I want!
 I know building your own isn't exactly an answer you probably want to hear but I myself haven't had much luck with the ui's you download and have to drop this folder into the wtf folder and that folder into the addons folder so after about 6 hours of annoyance cause things werent scaled or adjusted correctly for my screen I just took bits and pieces from the different ui's I liked and built my own. Than of course, I switched to nUI cause I found I like its layout and also found with me building my ui I was spending alot more time addon surfing the interweb and/or configuring addons which literally cut my playing time in half.

OK, this is the UI i made for my DK, The thing is i havent uploaded it cuz i'm too worried when people try to use it it wont be scaled or fit correctly. So i just tell people bout it and they tell me the res they use and i pre-fix it so it fits.
 If interested please send me a message and i'll fix u up right. I can also implement the addons u prefer to use. ((Custom Wow UI's While-U-Wait!))
