CC's and who's Got'em...

Is there an addon, or if not would someone please make....A simple addon that annouces to the party if any of the party members have a CC that could be used...Some people like me don't have alot of alts and aren't familiar with all classes/specs..I'm a tank and knowing what cc's are available would be Invaluable.....
