Minimap buttons not showing up

As title says, my minimap buttons aren't being captured.

"Captured"? Do you see them? Wrong place? Hidden?

Check:

1 Shift left click Carbonite "C" button to toggle minimize (hidden) mode.
2 "Move Minimap buttons into Carbonite button window (reload required)" in the Map Minimap Options window page is not checked.
