addon to warn party/dps when they go over threat

heya all, yeah i know, rift didn't last long lol, anyway, i was wondering if anyone has conceived an addon, the would work with omen or whatever, to like give a party chat warning or something to warn them when they out aggro the tank, not really an nUI suggestion, but a general one, but u never know, someone here with far greater knowledge of addons might be able help/make one
