Hotbar mods

I am using tour CTRA mods and i have a problem. i have selected to display the right hotbar mod, but its laying down. Now i want to rotate it with, i know how to do this. But it doesnt work. i (right)clicked on the dot when having moveable frames but it doesnt work anybody that can help?

Could you try reinstalling the Mod? I'm not 100% sure it will work, but its worth a shot.
