LF addon -- some sort of quest history tracker

While grinding my Loremaster achievement on my main, the hardest thing I encountered was knowing whether or not to bother farming certain quest-giving drops, some of which take quite a while to farm, like the lost robo-chicken beacons, because I couldn't remember if I had done the quest on that character already or not.

Now, I imagine it's impossible to track quests that have been done before an addon is installed, but is there an addon that tracks the quests you have done since the addon has been installed, so that you can go back over it and say, "ok, I did that one already, next?"
