Accidentally deleted Skada

So, I accidentally deleted the window for Skada, which also removed all of it's customization that's done in this UI. I've tried reloading my UI, deleting WTF files, and reinstalling the skada folder from the UI, but to my avail nothing has worked. How do I get it back?
