Insomniax Help

Hi, this is my first time posting, but I had a little question too.

I just got the beta version of Insomniax mod. Its really cool, but i went into the options and I couldnt find how to show the cooldowns on my weapon buttons(Such as my Hammer of Justice), I found a cooldown timer , but then nothin happened when I clicked that.

I also need my latency bar to come up somewhere.

I hope this wasnt in the wrong post, but hopefully someone could help me out..
