Morning wondering if anyone at all can help me as the author of this compilation hasn't replied,

I am having an issue with Error text spamming my chat window & have disabled rError yet spam is still there..

Does anyone have any idea's how i can disable this

You are getting messages in the chat because an addon is experiencing an error, hiding the errors isn't going to solve the problem.

Click on the red error text, it should bring up a text box containing a description of what the error is. Copy and paste that here so we can see it.

Weirdly im getting no errors on my Troll hunter Zoingo

Open addons\rInfoStrings\core\core.lua and search for "function rsiMail()" which is on lines 187 through 194.

Replace

local function rsiMail()
    local mail = (HasNewMail() or 0)
    local mailtext = ""
    if mail>0 then
      mailtext = "|c00FF78F1(New Mail!)|r"
    end
    return mailtext
  end

with

local function rsiMail()
    return HasNewMail() and "|c00FF78F1(New Mail!)|r" or ""
  end

Omg it actually worked, Thank you semlar for the help much appreciated as i liked this compilation a lot & really didn't want to un-install it, But the error text was constant so came close..
