Issue with party/target frames....

Found an issue(not a huge deal but it is annoying) with party and target frames. While in a party the spec of the party members can get all screwy. This also happens in a raid. See the attached screenshot for the raid version... I don't think Rogues can be restoration.

Figured I would bring this to your attention.
