What is the next TOC?

Sorry for this stupid question but can anyone tell me what the 1.9 toc will be. Im assuming it will follow suit and become 1900 however the patch is showing 10900 where I would expect it to be 0900.

(DISCLAIMER:
This is not a conversation on software engineering versioning numbers, I know its not decimal, I know that it shows minor and major revisions :P, im just confused about the odd toc number.)

So will we have 1900 as the next toc number or 10900?

I expect it will be 10900 in preperation for 1.10. The test server generally uses the same interface version number as the live patch it is testing.

I was guessing that was the reason for the extra zero so that the 1.10 would fit nicely but I just thought I should make sure
