fubar profiles drving me nuts

is there a way to create a new blank profile and to delete ALL the profiles that exist now? ever since 2.0.3, i have 10+ profiles and they randomly load up when i login. i ALWAYS have to then switch to 5 or 6 differrent ones to get fubar the way i want it to look. Where are Fubar profiles stored?
