Description of skill in the Tooltip

I'm french, so sorry for my poor english.

I'm searching for an add on (that's not a surprise) that shows in the tooltip the description of class skill by passing the mouse on the shortcuts.

I have already succeed in doing this but I stupidly loose the configuration.

You mean you want information on what the ability does? As far as I know, the default UI does that on its own...
