death knight issue - timers over action bars

New to nui so this may be simple to answer:
Upon entering combat, a bar appears on top of my top-most action bar in the center, showing countdowns for all cooldown-related attacks. It is blocking my icons on the action bar that allow me to fight. How do i remove?

I have disabled all add-ons except nui, and this problem exists so it must be some toggle command i am not familiar with. Help is appreciated.

Edit: Solution is type /nui hud cooldown to eliminate this across all toons.

Thought the problem was just on my DK, but it affects all my toons. once combat starts, a cooldown bar appears and there is no way to get rid of it. Worse, the position of this bar is right on top of the main nui bar that holds all the attack icons - so you can't access but just a sliver of those attack icons. The cooldown bar appears right in the middle, down low on the nui interface. Any idea how to turn this off?????

Edit: type /nui hud cooldown to disable this across all toons.

This is the wrong solution.

The correct solution is based on the fact that I had to remove the viewport from nUI due to the Blizzard rendering bug with water and sky textures which moved the world frame and HUD down accordingly.

You can fix the problem with the simple command

/nui hud vofs 150

without having to disable your cooldowns.
