The upload guidelines say that I should create a support thread for my newly-uploaded mod, so here goes!

Hear Kitty plays soothing but distinct orchestral sounds when you gain and spend combo points. It's like having your own theme music! You won't have to watch for red combo dots; when you hear the final note played, you'll know it's time for a finishing move.

I welcome your questions and comments. When patch 2.0 hits, I'll upload Hear Kitty 0.2, which has additional support for Seal Fate and other methods of getting more than one combo point from an attack.

It's not quite finalized and packaged up yet. But, I figure that by the time the base mod actually gets approved, it will be pretty close to Patch Tuesday anyway. It will definitely be ready by then.

Also on Tuesday or around then, I'll upload one more mod, Gyro (currently available on "one of those other sites"), and possibly a beta of my third one, Pawn, which is a much larger project than the first two.

What are you talking about? "By the time it gets approved" Unless you happen to catch a time when we're all asleep or otherwise afk, mods are approved on here within minutes most of the time.

Whoops, sorry; didn't mean it like that. I don't have any experience posting mods here, so that wasn't meant as an insult... Curse took overnight, so I expected something similar. Since 0.2 isn't quite ready yet, that would mean that it would be up as a beta for just a day or two, which seemed silly. All I meant.

Anyway, the mod seems to have disappeared. It doesn't seem to have been approved, and I don't see it in a list of pending mods anywhere. So, maybe it was rejected. I'm new here, and I guess a little confused about the process...

Something obviously went wrong with the submission process somewhere along the way. Re-submit it.

Also, no insult was taken, just saying.

Where'd you get the sounds? I've been looking for some "subtle" sounds to use for IM/Chat sounds and such... something that will get my attention but insn't intrusive. These sounds are nice and I'd like to see if there's some others I might like for my own use.

They're based on sounds from the Adobe Loopology library for use with Adobe Audition. They're royalty-free, but Audition is not free.

Nice small little mod. Great for raiding when the in chaos of a boss fight I can miss combo points. The sounds really help.
