I love SpartanUI, but my 15" laptop screen makes is all a bit too small. :P

Oh and, you should consider changing your bag baground color, that green looks so out of place atm. :P

get FreshUI created by a guy who has been posting on the mazzle forums

in my opinion and trust me i never dreamed of saying such a thing, its better then mazzle trust me, try it follow his simple instructions and you get the following

that is for widescreen, look around for normal one if needed

consider this guy hasnt been making this UI all that long now and it has very little bugs for me, it uses a much better selection of addons over mazzles old bunch, the chat window and combat windows work fine i just happen to take the screenshot while afkish in wintersprings and im also missing alot of spells because im still learning more spells as i go along :P, anyways enjoy, bye mazzle

Not bad looking, what panel addon are you using? and are the unit panels seperate, or all part of the bottom panel? If they are seperate maybe you should make the target frame come up only on targetting. Would be a nice "final" touch IMHO.
