Wowinterface minion module not installing

After my first installation of minion I was greeted with the message "You currently do not have any MMOUI Minion Modules installed. Go to your favorite interface site and download the appropriate ones for your use!". So I tried reinstalling minion and making sure the check box for preinstalling the wow interface module was checked. This did not work. So, I reinstalled Java. No luck. I then re downloaded the .jnlp and tried installing from that file. However, nothing I have tried has gotten minion working. I'm currently using x86 vista with no proxies enabled if it helps rule out any possible issues. Is anyone else having this same problem?
