how to unignore addons

Simple question and I am having a hard time doing it. I selected an addon by mistake and chose permanently ignore, but now I can't undo it. Help is appreciated.

Tools menu>options

Click Managed Ignored Interfaces

Highlight the one(s) you want to un-ignore and click Remove From List.

Clicking OK will not close the window.
