Perl Classic Unit Frames vs WoW Portrait help

How do I get rid of the character portrait? When I load Perl, the Wow default player portraits stay up.

Perl Classic is supposed to overwrite those. However, certain other mods will allow them to be re-enabled, I found out for myself just last night, giving you the effect you just described.

DHUD is one of those mods... An option on the very first "misc tab" configuration page is to turn on portraits.

Did you install any other mods at the same time?
