JB Mail Notifier

I started this thread for my Addon JB Mail Notifier.

With JB Mail Notifier you can see notification of new mail in Titan Panel (Titan Panel version), InfoBar (InfoBar version) or in a movable frame (Standalone version). This notification is more visible than minimap's icon. And there are also other notifications, like sound or chat.
