PowerBarColor has missing indexes

Cross referencing the power types that are defined in FrameXML/Constants.lua with PowerBarColor in FrameXML/UnitFrame.lua, there are a few numerical indexes that are missing/wrong.
  • Combo Points should be at index 4
  • Chi is supposed to be at index 12
  • Arcane Charges are missing from index 16
