i asked in other forum for help but they said its perl.. i tryed perl but it does not have that flashing effects on bars... i tryed xpearl but it still not this one i guess (even that it have the flashing)..

anyone knows?

From the totaly mega crappy video I'd say perl, nurfed or discord.

does perl got that flashing bars? cus i used it in past and i didnt saw that option :S
