Quest text extending beyond quest frame border

Some quests that I pick up will have text that gets cut off because it attempts to go beyond the quest dialog window. I have checked this with all my addons disabled, only carbonite turned on, and all addons turned on. It only happens with Carbonite enabled. I don't know if this is actually a bug or if there is a setting that I need to adjust. Any help would be appreciated. There are screenshots below of two examples:
