Addonpack installing issue

I have a problem! every time I install an addon pack Wullie's UI for example. I follow the instructions, but every time I log in, the profiles that should have been there aren't there.

Someone who knows what's wrong?

If the profiles aren't there, then you're not doing something correctly. Or perhaps you're running into the Virtual Store (though I thought I heard that the problems with this and WoW were fixed)... Is your WoW directory in Program Files or elsewhere? Are you renaming the ACCOUNTNAME folder to your actual account name (what the folder was called in your old WTF folder)?
