Variable: Cooldown info -latency

I like the variable "cooldown info" but I find it to be inaccurate. It appears that this variable is calculated at probably 1 second intervals. Just by testing it in a unit frame and comparing to the spell action bar button.

I suspect this is working as designed. It appears that RDX is tracking spell availability VIA wow cooldown events. And perhaps this is causing the latency.

I have confirmed that this is not a redraw issue with my unit frame.

Anyone experienced with the code have any comments?

in fact this module need to be remake.

The latency is due to the sync RDX between members.
When someone use a cooldown, he sends to everyone he used it. And then all people interfaces are updated.

We do not use the combat log to check cooldown used.
