Question on Raid Frames

Hi all,

I have a question concerning raid frames. When you're building raid frames what is the best practice for implementing debuff indicators for decursing and aggro detection? By best practice, I'm looking for the method that would use up the least amount of resources.

Also, I've tried to use Conditional Alpha Shaders to indicate when units are in and out of range. I find that sometimes it takes a very long time to update. The same thing happens with ready check icons. Do I need to add a periodic repaint to the window in order to make it work?

Thanks in advance.

For showing debuffs the least resorce implemetatipn would probably be to re-color something you already have on the frame such as the health bar. Personally I just have a texture show or hide. Also I believe if you just make it re-color on @cusre and not omit any curses then it would use less resources also, not sure on this point.
