Looking for map mod

I've been looking EVERYWHERE and can't find a mod I had earlier because I forgot the name of it. I'm overlooking it or something cuz I know it exists!!

It kept track of all the ore/herbs that I collected on the world map. It also let me make notes on the world map. PLEASE help!

You can get cartographer to do this, or
you could get gatherer instead, if you don't
want all the other features Cartographer offers.

Cartographer has herb/ore tracking as well as notes.

You could have been using Ct MapMod as well it shows when u gather herbs and mines as well plus u can put notes on the map . To determine what u had ; do u remember how it looked ? Did it look like the original map inside wow or was it smaller ?
