Toggle for Emissary Quests map overlay?

Is there a way to toggle off the Emissary Quests overlay in the main Carbonite map? Except for when I'm actually picking out a Emissary quest, it's incredibly distracting and a poor use of screen (map) real estate. I know it's not Carbonite's doing, it's from the game map, but I just want it gone.

If there isn't already a way to toggle it, could we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEPLEASE get one? I hate it sooooo much.
