What addon is this?

Ive been trying to find this out for a couple hours now. It is in Caith's UI but i can't find the "set profile to 5.4" thing

All i want is this amazing addon

Probably Bartender 4, Dominos, Macaroon etc with ButtonFacade I'd say. And the boxes around the action bars and chat is probably done with kg_panels.

Ok, well, I'm guessing it is in the tap labeled "borders" but there is no borders in that page
