Show all quests in area?

Has this feature been removed or turned off due to Cataclysm?

I am leveling on Outlands and to my knowledge nothing has changed there so the quests should all be the same. I was hoping the Carbonite would show all available quests on the map as it use to but it seems that is not the case.

Is there any way to enable this option on my end?

All I want it for is Outland and Northrend eventually.

Edit: Nvm, found the post I was looking for that explains it. It's unfortunate that the database was cleared when everything in Outland and Northrend stayed the same.
