ORA2 Boxes not moveable.

I have recently replaced CTRA w/ ORA2 and sRaidFrames. Everything's working pretty well, except I cannot move anything in ORA2, nor can I find a place to adjust positioning w/in FuBar or chat box options.

Am I missing something or can you really not adjust the positioning?

Edit: It appears that despite prior attempts to alt or ctrl click failed, it is now working. >.>
