mod for whispering easier in BGs ?

I am looking for a mod, which makes whispering other players in BGs easier. Ive been using Perl Classic, which allowed to whisper through rightclick on the target frame. This doesnt work anymore.

Is there a mod, where yo ucan whisper to players without typing out the server name ?

Right-clicking on your target frame should bring up a menu, with one of the options being to whisper your target.

Yeah, i know, but i use Perl Classic and it often appends the wrong servername, when i try that.

theres an addon I use called player link menu, adds a menu to right click of peoples names in chat with whisper, invite, etc, but haven't tried this in a bg so not sure if it works there.

Prat includes a "Tell Target" option (with /tt <message> for example). i believe there are also a number of other mods, likely many less all-encompassing/complex, than Prat that also provide that functionality.

Not sure how helpful it may in the BG's, but I used to use ForgottenChat, but now use WIM (Wow Instant Messenger) for all of my whispering needs.

These mods redirect all of your whispers to a nice window (tabbed in the case of WIM) that makes viewing, replying, and tracking your whispers much easier.
