Not showing Character on map

When i open my map and put in the larger mode, It no longer shows my circle only other players in my party. I find this annoying because i cannot see where i am going when Im exploring or leveling. If someone knows how to fix this it would be a life saver.

Is this with or without an addon for your maps? If it's "with" please list the addon (it'll help get the right answer).
