Delay Tooltips

Hello.

I think it would be great to be able to delay the display of tooltips.
Because they are shown instantaneously but I would like them to be shown just 1 second later.

A slider could let the player chose when he/she wants the tooltip to be displayed.

I found this addon : DelayTip

But it seems it is not compatible with the current version.
Or maybe it works but I don't see any effect on tooltips..

By the way, I noticed a bug when you use DelayTip and the addon Carbonite.

DelayTip makes Carbonite's tooltip to clone its content again and again, streching the tooltip vertically, filling itself of lots of "quest names".

The author of DelayTip contacted me to say that he doesn't develop add-ons anymore but he says he could let another developer updating it.

TipTac and others can change the delay of how long a Tooltip is displayed...

It's not exactly what I want. I don't want the tootip to be displayed longer or shorter.

I would like the tooltip to be displayed later after the mouse horvers the icon.

I wrote the DelayTip author a PM last night expressing interest in taking over his project or forking from it. Hopefully, I'll hear back soon.

Just sent the request to Cairenn.

I'm also transferring ownership of LootTracker and BindingsReminder to another author.

I'm keeping GuildBook because one day (I swear!) it will be updated to awesomeness.

Ownership was transferred to me.

I just got back from vacation a couple of days ago and I'm in the middle of moving. Bear with me as I look into the error it's giving. As soon as I get it fixed, I'll post it.
