chat tabs like these

i was hoping by posting here someone would be able to quickly tell me what to use to set my chat tabs up like Alekk UI. going down the list the only chat mod i see is BasicChatMods and that shouldn't do it, though i haven't tried it. anything else i'm missing? thanks
