Random Health/Mana Frame

This is from perl i think.
Random frame appears that shows health and mana while in combat then disappears once out of combat, i dont know if this is perl or not. But i dont see what other addons i have that would do it. The frame dosent appear in the Positioning mode so i dunno.

It is from Perl, though I don't use the addon and don't know if and where it has the options are for it.

I think it's the combat windows or something like that. Last time I used perl it showed up as it's own addon in the addon list, so check that and if it's there, just turn it off.

If that doesn't work i have no idea for you.

Instead of making another topic about perl, ill just ask in here. How do you make the name of the spell that is being cast get displayed, on targets and player frames if possible.
