Mod to move "AlwaysUpFrame"

Anyone know of anything that can help this?

I just want to move the frame that has the tower icons with how many are controlled (i.e. EPL & HFP) around to a different location on my screen.

I believe SSPVP has an option in it to allow the world pvp objectives frame to be moved, but it also comes with a lot of other stuff as well. I assume you've set the showing of world pvp objectives to "dynamic" in the interface options and just want a way to move them when they are visible?
