Item Levels Incorrect on Character Sheet

With the ability to upgrade certain items via the Valor points, the new item levels after upgrading are no longer correct.

For instance, my helm was originally 731. Then, after the two valor upgrades, it is not 741, but still displays 731 on the item (in the character pain, and in the bag).

The same is occurring with Timewalking items. They are showing the original value when it was during that content, instead of the new values.

Throwing some more attention on this issue. I am seeing both issues with upgraded items AND timewarped items.
