Downloading Problem
Ok.. stupid question of the day.... er.. stupid issue?

so i go to http://minion.mmoui.com/ and click on the "DOWNLOAD BETA" button.... and nothing happens.. i made sure i didnt have any pop up blockers ect ect enabled but still no dice...


i am using windows xp with firefox o.o

And you're absolutely sure you've got the latest java (6 something) installed?

Yeah i was baffled by it too XD Looking at the site wondering why it wants me to install java since i got it running

Truth is, the thing is based on java and you need JSE 6something to run it.

BTW if you're running on win 7 64 you're gonna need a 64 bit JSE. Otherwise the app will get stuck somewhere and it won't run :P

so i downloaded and installed Java 6 (update13) *its the most current* and its still wont let me download Minion... everytime i click the button.. nothing happens...

one thing i notice.. is that while im at the site and i click the button the URL changes from

http://minion.mmoui.com/

to

http://minion.mmoui.com/#

i have no idea what that means...

nah im runnin windows xp home edition... on a 6 year old computer

Yeah noticed you saying that.. After i posted and made a fool of myself of course.

'Bout the download link, it's beyond me. When i tried it it worked normally and i'm also running Firefox...

I had that too, if you are using noscript go into the options and uncheck the option to "attempt to fix javascript links"

*edit* or maybe I happened to do that as they fixed the page. heh.

We had some one accidentally revert the main page html back to its development version. Do a hard refresh CNTRL - F5 and you should be able to download.
